On the afternoon of March 16  2016,He Gangxin, Liyang Water Group Co., Ltd., general manager and other leaders made a special trip to Anshun building. One embroidered with "Fight the cold ,Anti snow ice , Keep water supply, Solve the problem" red banner was sent to the hands of Anshun Group Chairman Shao Liang. Water Group leaders sincerely thanked Liyang Anshun Gas Co., Ltd., to give strong support and help of the enterprise under the strong cold freezing weather on the eve of the Spring Festival .
In late January 2016, Li Yang city suffered a rare rainy and snowy weather, the burst occurred in many gas piping and instrumentation. President Shao Shun held an emergency video conference to ensure the natural gas supplying ,Liyang, Ningguo, Shexian and other members to participate in it . The meeting mobilized all the staff, taken all measures and deployed the construction team of AnShun Group Construction Company to participate in the repair to ensure the normal supply of natural gas in different areas.

Liyang Water Group Co., Ltd., was faced with more severe challenges. Shao Liang, the chairman first to understand the situation and asked Anshun Group to guarantee the gas supply, at the same time, to fully support the brothers company of rushing to deal with emergency. The chairman also assigned Chen Hong, the Construction Company Shenzhen Branch manager and  assistant general manager headed to organize the construction team, and  listen to the unified arrangement of Liyang Water Group Co., Ltd. Construction team worked more than 10 hours a day fighting for more than ten days. Eventually on New Year's Eve, residents water supplying was basically recovered.
After receiving the banner, chairman Shao Liang said that "serving the community, for the benefit of the people" is the purpose of Anshun. Anshun will get together with Liyang Water Group Co., Ltd., to do the livelihood of the people, for the benefit of the people of Liyang.
