On the afternoon February 4, 2016, Anshun group in Anshun building 15 floor meeting room held the college students staff conference, which was presided over by Vice- President Shao Shun. Chairman Shao Liang, Vice-President Li xuefeng, Jiang Rong, CongJianping , President assistant Li Yuemin and other group leaders attended the meeting. From Anshun Construction, Anshun Gas andsector of the Group, more than 20 students staff took part in the meeting.
During this spring forum, Chairman Shao Liang and vice-President Shao Shun firstly sent New Year's greetings to college students employees, and deeply want to listen to the feelings of them working in Anshun group. The two leaders also urgedcollege students employees "telling the truth, telling the fact, asking questions, seeking answers".

In the end, the Chairman Shao Liang to growth from a small rural carpenter to be an entrepreneur's experience,  puts forward high hopes onparticipating students:
Firstly, you should to set up the lofty ideals and goals and unswervingly striving for it. Chairman said that life is full of struggle, young people have no ideals, does not strive, will certainly regret. Thirdly, you should not afraid of hardship,and from small start. Chairman Shao said you choose Anshun Group , Anshun also chose you, I hope that every college student in Anshun can make contributions, to realize this ideal must be willing to work hard, and willing to sacrifice, and have to endure loneliness, and always from small start . what’s more, you must be firmly moving in the forward direction.
